Itinerary

01

Day 01: Drive from Pokhara to Kande and Trek to Pitam Deurali (1925m) – 4 Hours

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Pokhara at 8 AM and drive you to Kande, the starting point of your trek. The trail gradually ascends through lush forests and terraced fields, offering beautiful views of the Annapurna range. After about 4 hours of trekking, you will reach Pitam Deurali, a peaceful settlement surrounded by rhododendron forests. Overnight at a lodge in Pitam Deurali.

Day 02: Trek from Pitam Deurali to Low Camp (2985m) – 6 Hours

After breakfast, continue your ascent through dense rhododendron forests. The trail leads you to Forest Camp (2600m), where you will take a short break for lunch. The trek then continues to Low Camp, offering glimpses of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain) emerging through the trees. The total trekking duration is about 6 hours. Overnight at a lodge in Low Camp.

Day 03: Trek from Low Camp to High Camp (3550m) – 4 Hours

Today’s trek takes you above the tree line, providing breathtaking views of Machhapuchhre ahead and Annapurna South to the left. The gradual ascent along the ridge brings you to High Camp in approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival, soak in the stunning mountain panorama and relax. Overnight at a lodge in High Camp.

Day 04: Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) and Trek Down to Low Camp – 6/7 Hours

Wake up early for the highlight of the trekβ€”a journey to Mardi Himal Base Camp. The challenging hike takes around 4-5 hours round trip, rewarding you with spectacular views of Mardi Himal, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre. If you prefer a shorter hike, you can trek to a viewpoint halfway and return. After the excursion, descend back to Low Camp for an overnight stay at a lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Sidding Village and Drive Back to Pokhara – 5 Hours

On your final day, descend through a different route, passing through traditional villages and lush forests. The 5-hour trek leads you to Sidding village, where you will meet your vehicle for a scenic drive back to Pokhara. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you can relax and enjoy the lakeside atmosphere.
